Firework from a slyline building? Explosive and truly amazing. It looked like the building was exploding....

I remembered seeing something similar (a smaller scale but real real fire+explosion) more than 10 years years ago in Las Vegas. At that time, they were demolising a casino building across the street from Luxor (Now the Mandalay Bay Casino). In stead of exploding and destroying the building like many others, they decided to run the firework on the roof of the casino building as well as from INSIDE the building. That was a REAL REAL explosive firework (no need to worry about damage caused by fire and explosion). At the end, the entire building was eploding and collapsing under heavy fire and explosion. The dust generated from the collapsing building was spreading several Vegas blocks. Truly amazing.

I hope to have a chance to see something like that again one day.

PS: After learning about the program, I made a special trip to Vegas just to see that special demolishion firework. The firework was held just minutes before and count down and that made the whole event truly memorable. That was my one and only one time of celebrating the count down in Vegas. Oh, I can't forget that in my life.
