各位摄友，有没有注册公司，把购买相机，镜头，打印机，电脑等的费用作为公司运作成本来合法减税的？如有，请分享。谢了！

据我的理解：
这个开销的公司要盈利，才能从盈利中减掉当年的资产折旧部分。像小庄当然可以抵税。买一个标准头来拍产品抵税也正当。但如果买一个 D3X 加800mm 来做办公用品恐怕也难逃 IRS 调查.
不是只要注册一个公司就能抵税。

You can do it but just don't over do it. For example, if you spent $7,000 on camera, printer and computer equipment yet the company's annual sales is only $5,000, it's real obvious to the tax man what you're trying to do.

Actually, you don't really need a 注册公司 to claim equipment expenses. You can have a "sole proprietor" business without a 注册公司. In fact, it might be easier and more simple being a sole proprietor than having a corporation (注册公司) because you can do the tax of your sole proprietorship business within your own personal tax return. No separate corporate tax return needed.

关键是公司的运营性质和业务需要，如有需要，再贵的设备，都可以抵税，D3X 加800mm小意思，哈苏都可以。比如妇科或皮肤科医生，买个高级相机和微距镜头，拍局部病变，再贵都说得过去，但你非要买个800头，似乎说不过去了。
