这首歌在radio上听过几十遍，常温常新。Eric Clapton颇有几首有关他家人题材的佳作。这支据说唱的是他从未谋面的生父；当然他自己有次讲这是有关他那早夭的儿子Conor，Conor的悲剧也是他那支获葛莱美的tears in heaven的缘起。这两个人对于他的人生来讲，都是所谓的life changing experiences:
假如你多年未见的姐姐从国外回来，指着一个本来是你外甥的孩子，说是你弟弟；而你叫了十多年爸爸的男人，原来是你外公，换了谁都不免会郁闷而变得moody；假如你四岁的孩子无缘无故从几十层高楼上摔下来，你也会悲愤地去追问苍天。

感知愈深，情之愈切，加上作为他作为一代吉他大师的演绎，这两首都堪称摇滚蓝调的经典。

我也最喜欢他的这两首歌。
顺便问一下，这里本来有的“编辑”功能，为什么要拿掉？
